Maui is everything you've dreamt Hawaii to be, and is most certainly more than you could of imagined. The second largest island of Hawaii, is a very private island so no bothering at all, and is full of coconut and monkey pod tree's. The beaches are always full of things to do in the day as well as the night where many people like to enjoy a BBQ. During the day you have many sports to choose from including golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, deep sea diving and kayaking. If you wanted to check out the near by city then you can always pop down to Waikki where we have many private apartments where you will be able to check out some of the local markets and pick up some souvenirs and some local food to enjoy in the evening in your self catering beach houses.
There is also Hauula. With a beach housein Hauula you can explore it's amazing white sandy beaches which are known to be very romantic. If you wanted to get a bit of adventurous, exciting, exploring then why not hike up the Haleakala volcano which can take between 1-3 days pending on how high up you want to go, of if your brave enough to camp out over night in one of their wooden cabins which are based in the national parks and are set up to be just like camping in a tent with a wooden lit stove to cook some food on which makes it even more exciting. The peak of the volcano is 9,000 ft.
If your more eager to try some special water activities and have already tried scuba diving and snorkelling then why not try snuba diving, which is scuba diving and snorkelling in one, which allows you to go down 20ft under the ground surface without a oxygen tank strapped on, you'll have the chance to see some of the colourful fish and sea turtles and if your lucky then you might be able to see and octopus which will definitely boost up your day which is what taking a vacation is all about, having the time of your life.
