The Port Charlotte Harbor is a great place to boat and fish. There are great little restaurants owned by people that have moved from far away places many years ago and decided that this was going to be the best place to spend the rest of their lives. Enjoying those wonder Florida breezes blowing softly through the palms.

The first time I visited Florida we went to Disney with the children.
I had an image in my mind , white sands and palms trees.
The breeze blowing softly would be warm with a touch of humidity.
Disney was great !!! we had a wonderful time but I had to return to Port Charlotte some years later to get the Florida that I knew would feel like Florida.
Port Charlotte is about 40 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a community that enjoys the outdoors because it is surrounded by water.
