Balance Due & Cancellation Policy •The entire balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. •If paying by credit card your remaining balance will be placed on your card at that time. •A $100 cancellation fee applies 60 prior to arrival if you need to cancel. •Deposit is non refundable within 60 days of reservation unless we are able to rent the time you reserve.
