Located within one of Wisconsin's premier golf communities, Lake Arrowhead has everything for a fun and relaxing vacation. Home includes 4 bedrooms with cable TV in each room that includes the Golf Channel and NFL Network. Central Air. High Speed Internet Access. Upper level has an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with microwave, dishwasher etc. Dining area leads to the large deck that spans the entire west side of the home. Outside, there are 2 picnic tables, fire pit with free firewood for those late night campfires and a horseshoe pit for a lively game of horseshoes. Also on the upper level are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. (Main bedroom has a Temper-pedic mattress) Main bathroom has 2 sinks and is divided for extra privacy. The lower level also has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and sleeper sofa, the other with two twin beds. There is also a roll-away stored in the closet and a playpen for the little one. The lower level also includes the laundry room with washer and dryer and, has it's own exit to the outside. This Lake Arrowhead home is located on a quiet road across ftrom the lake and only a 3 minute walk to the West Lake Center private beach. There are 3 private beaches on the lake as well as a county park (walking distance) where the Shermalot Water Ski Team performs on Wednesday and Saturday nights. 2 private and 1 public boat landing. Dog park. Popular bar/restaurant is within walking distance. Wisconsin Dells (waterpark capitol of the world) is only 45 minutes away. Also within a short distance is the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge. Home is also just 5 minutes from Wisconsins's second largest lake - Lake Petenwell. Great fishing.

Weekend rentals available. Security Deposit of $500 required + $100 for each pet - limit 2. No cats. Security Deposit and 50% of rental due upon reservation. Remaining 50% due at least 7 days prior to occupancy. No refunds for early departure. Reservation deposits are refundable with at least 60 days notice of cancellation minus 10% admin fee. Weekly rentals are generally from Friday at 2pm to Friday at 11am however every attempt will be made to accomodate tenants schedule. Security Deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure barring any deductions incurred for damages.
