Our featured home is a beautifully spacious three bedroom log retreat that is truly perfect for families of three or more on the go. This property is also an exclusive treasure for groups of up to 8 people looking to get away from it all! Our guests enjoy the close proximity to an abundance of outdoor recreation within the log homes' aesthetic surroundings. The property is nestled adjacent to state-owned land that offers calming walks through the woods, and room for family-gatherings around a bonfire. Firewood is available for purchase. A list of resources is provided to our guests of nearby facilities and rental companies. While fine dining and lake access can be found within 100 yards of your front door, the property offers the seclusion necessary for a week or weekend of wooded privacy amongst its natural surroundings.This is an excellent home retreat that is perfect for family getaways, romantic evening or weekends. Meetings, reunions, weddings, birthdays, holidays. This home is 1380 sq. ft. on the first floor and 685 sq.ft. on the second floor which is an open loft with a beautiful view of the woods. It also offers a fireplace, medicine circle exterior for fun bonfires ,private wrap around deck. Perfect for bird watchers

It has it's private path for long walks in the woods and is located next to Lake Kegonsa. And across the street from Kegonsa State park. This home has central air condition, humidifier, Aprilair and is rented all year round.

- 50% DEPOSIT UPON RESERVATION - One-half of your total booking fee will be deducted from your account at the time of reservation. Second half of payment plus your 10% administrative charge is deducted before your arrival so that we can have your paper work ready to sign upon arrival. - CANCELLATIONS - We will be happy to return your deposit prior to 65 days of the scheduled reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the log home you reserved, you will take the chance of losing your 50% deposit. If cancellations are made within 65-days of the scheduled reservation, we will return your deposit only if we are able to re-rent the home during the period for which you booked. Please give us as much notice as possible so that we may fill the vacancy. There is also a $200.00 cancellation fe
