Welcome to our Sand Lake beach home, we would be pleased to have you as our guests. We hope that you and your family will create some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Whether kids are playing on the beach, roasting marshmellows or watching the sunset, I am sure that you will find much fulfillment as you watch your children thoroughly enjoy these new experiences. Sand lake is a 950 acre lake with crystal clear water. The fishing is excellent and the sunsets are beautiful with our Western exposure. The cabin is located just 40 feet from the waters edge which is great for kids. The water is shallow with a sand beach bottom. We have a 80 foot aluminum dock for your enjoyment and room for your own boat. The cabin is very comfortable with tongue and grove pine siding on all interior walls. The kitchen is equipped with all of modern conveniences such as full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Jenn Air stove and all of the neccesities. The living room offers vaulted ceiling, great lake views and sattlelite t.v. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, and a loft sleeping room upstairs. The front porch is always a favorite with a queen size log futon and gentle breeze of the lake. Sand Lake is located just 12 miles South of the town of Hayward. Hayward offers a wonderful summer experience for vacationers. Enjoy shops, great food, lumberjack days and much more. Sand lake is just 2 1/2 hours from the Twin Cities.
