We ask for 40% of the invoice down as a security deposit due within 7 days of booking the property. This is a non-refundable deposit unless we are able to book the house for the same amount and time. If we are able to rebook, we will return all the deposit, minus 100.00 admin fee. The longer your stay, the price will be lower for the daily rate.
