This Cape Cod style home is located within the shadows of The Osthoff Resort and all the other major resorts of Elkhart Lake. It is a 30 second walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in our village. This property has 3 bedrooms containing one king, one queen and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. We also have 2 pullouts for additional sleeping space. The property is fully furnished and located near a grocery store. Perfect for family reunions, (barbeque in the back yard) or race teams participating at Road America.
Price vary depending on time of year.     We ask for 40% of the invoice down as a security deposit due within 7 days of booking the property. This is a non-refundable deposit unless we are able to book the house for the same amount and time. If we are able to rebook, we will return all the deposit, minus 100.00 admin fee. The longer your stay, the price will be lower for the daily rate.
