Cancellation received more than 30 days before check in & deposit will be refunded in full upon re-rental of the villa. Less than 30 notice NO REFUND even if re-rented. $500 security deposit in the form of pre-authorized credit card. Damage that exceeds the $500 is the responsibility of the renter as well
