There are 2 cable TV's, central air/heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas fireplace & lakeview patio door walkout with patio/furniture, grill & wood burner. Pier slip. Totally handicap compliant.

Master bedroom with queen bed & private bath. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate 6.

All linens & towels included.

    35% deposit required within 7 days of making reservation. Balance is due 30 days before check in. Checks & credit cards excepted Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund upon re-rental of the villa. NO REFUND if not re-rented. Cancellations received less than 30 days before check recieve NO REFUND even if villa is re-rented. $500 security deposit in the form of pre-authorization of credit card. Damage that exceeds the $500 is also the renteres responsiblity.
