What a peaceful location for this terrific Lodge! 3 levels of living with everything you will ever need for your next year 'round vacation!

Main living level has full kitchen, dining room with walkout to wrap around deck with patio furniture, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms & full bath.

The lower walkout "rec" room has large family room with ping pong table, dart board, big screen TV/Dish & game equipment; 1 bedroom; full bath; laundry room with washer & dryer & patio door to the outside patio area.

On the patio is a BBQ grill & lawn furniture, camp fire burner & a terrific lakeview. A loft bunk house overlooks the living room & has 5 twin beds. At the water is a pier & canoe.

This spots is just about 1/2 mile from the Sugar Camp trails. Great spot for a winter "sledding" vacation!

				High Season Price:	$1,800 per Week

Rental Rates: •$1800/week PRIME SEASON - 6 guests. $50/week per guest maximum of 10 guests. •Split week rentals available Fall, Winter & Spring. •$1000 QUIET SEASON - 6 guests. $50/guest maximum of 10 guests. 35% Deposit to reserve payable within 7 days. Balance due 30 days prior to 1st day of check in for rental stay. Payable by check, money order, cashiers check or major credit card. Cancellations received prior to 30 days will receive a full refund upon re-rental of the cabin. NO REFUND if cabin not re-rented. NO REFUND for cancellations receive less than 30 days before check in even if re-rented. $500 security depost retained at check in in the form of a pre-authorized credit card. Renter understand that damage that exceeds $500 will be their responsibility.
