    RESERVATIONS: RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF THE J R VACATION RENTALS SIGNED TENANT LEASE AND A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE BASE RENT RECEIVED FROM YOU WITHIN 10 DAYS OF MAKING YOUR RESERVATION. The leaseholder must be 21 years of age to rent through J R Vacation Rentals. PAYMENT: In order to confirm your reservation, an advance deposit of 50% of the total base rent is due within 10 days of making your reservation. Payment may be made in the form of personal check, money order, certified or cashier’s check (credit cards are not accepted). FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment including fees, deposits, and Registration are due 21 days prior to your arrival date. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required on all J R Vacation Rentals Properties. The amount is specified on the front of the Tenant Lease. CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations incur a $100.00 (non-refundable) fee.
