New custom log cabin on a private 6.5 acre lot with 1100 feet of river front on the Tye River. Nestled between the river and beautiful mountain views, the 2800 square foot cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The focal points of the cabin are a great room with a huge field stone fireplace and a full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This home is our top of the line property, with luxurious amenities such as a large wrap around heated deck, HDTV, flat screen TV, broadband internet, and a hot tub. The Grande Lodge is conveniently located for hiking, fishing, rafting, skiing at Stevens Pass, and many other Sky Valley recreational activities! It's a cozy retreat for two but spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 10 or more.

Lodge Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1900
High Season Price : $2100 per Week

20% deposit for all reservations, balance to be due 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept VISA, Mastercard, or check. Prices are based on a 2 person occupancy. All reservations have a one time $35 cleaning fee. Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin in which case we will refund 90% of the days that are re-booked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. Deposits can be credited to a future reservation. No refunds will be issued due to acts of nature such as; weather, road conditions, snow conditions or forest fires. If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date.
