Seashore Dreams II is our North unit that is dog friendly for the responsible dog owners. As we love our furry friends, we thought it important to offer a clean, luxury home for 1 or 2 well behaved clean dogs** with their responsible owners. WE have all the fine features of a custom home except we've added some things for our furry friends. Runners, dog rinsing station, dog clean up kit, dog towells and lots of water bowls.

Enjoy waking up to the mighty pacific from your bed and the luxury jetted tub for a relaxing evening. We have a beautiful patio on the ocean side to sit back and take in the views.

The theme is Pacific Northwest with Native American Blankets, salmon, boats and fish nets. A little more rustic in feel with misty green walls and a few very old antiques.

Enjoy the comforts of home with a Flat screen tv, satellite service, DVD library and surround sound.

Cozy up to the real woodburning fireplace for those stormy nights in the winter time.

Fully furnished kitchen and dining table seats 6 cozily and 2 more at the eating bar.

House Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $195
High Season Price : $380 per Day

To reserve, one nights fee plus 11.3% tax paid *Visa or MC to guarantee your spot. This is non-refundable deposit and if you cancel there is no refund. However, we want you to visit and will allow you to apply this deposit to another visit within 12 months of cancellation.

The rate for dogs over 15 pounds is $25 per night. Up to 1 large, clean, well behaved dog and owner. We will allow up to 2 small (under 15 pound) dogs that are clean and well behaved as well. Dogs under 15 pounds are $5 per night each.

There is a $250 fully refundable damage deposit required for all stays.

Each additional person is $15 per night. 20% off if renting 1 week or more.

We also offer a 15% discount when everyone in party is over 55+.
