Low Season Price : $5425
High Season Price : $5740 per Week

50% of your total is due upon booking a reservation

Cancellations: Our policy on cancellations is as follows:
Peak Season June 1st through September 30th and all major Holidays require a 90-day cancellation notice. Other dates (Oct. 1st through May 31st) require a 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel prior to these dates you will receive a full refund minus a service fee of $75 or 10% of your total whichever is greater. All cancellations after these dates prior to your arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, however, we will make every attempt to re-rent and, if successful, you will receive a refund of the difference up to the full amount minus a service fee of $75 or 10% of your total whichever is greater.
Any reservation canceled less then 30 days before arrival date there will be no refund unless re-rented. There are no reschedules.
