With three bedrooms including two queen beds and two twin beds this home comfortably sleeps six with a pullout couch in the living room for additional guests if needed.

This mountain retreat town is located only 15 minutes from Park City, Deer Valley and Sundance Resorts. Also enjoy blue ribbon fly-fishing, mountain hiking, and horseback riding. Just down the street, experience the Homestead Crater where you can scuba dive, swim, snorkel, or take a warm mineral bath in the 55 foot deep limestone cavern. Other local attractions include the Heber Valley Historic Railroad, Bridal Veil Falls, Timpanogas Cave and Cascade Springs

Rates

Low Season Price : $149
High Season Price : $169 per Week

There is a $200 deposit required to hold your reservation which is fully refunded when the home is left in good condition. I request a minimum 2 night stay. A $75.00 cleaning fee is added to the reservation as well. If you are staying longer than 7 days, I will waive the cleaning fee. There are no additional per person charges. Tax will be added. Rental price is $149.00 per night February through November, $169.00 per night December and January.
