Welcome to the Golden Anchor, a new home in the Nelscott area of Lincoln City. Close to the factory stores and the Casino this home is a nice place to stay when you come to shop and explore our famous beaches.

This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has a panorama view of the beach. The home features a large screen TV, DVD, VCR and high speeds internet service. So you can get away to the beach and still be connected and do business if need be.

A very modern kitchen, well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and everything else you will need to make your stay in this beach home a memorable one.

You will enjoy the wonderful open air feeling of this home room any time of the year.
Or step out onto the decks and relish the view and the ocean air.

One bedroom has a king bed and TV, second bedrooms has a queen bed and the 3rd has a twin, Also a queen sleeper in the living room. There is a washer and dryer and all linens and towels are provided for your convienence.

You will be across the street from the beach but your low bank beach access is just minutes away. You can drive or walk. So come and enjoy, explore or relax in this lovely home. Accommodates 7-8 people

Parking for 3 cars only. NO PETS This is a smoke free home.

The home features a open air plan making this home a very comfortable home for family.
All linens are provided for your convienence. The bedrooms are as follows, 1 bedroom with a king, 1 bedroom with a queen and a 1 bedroom with a twin, Alao a queen sleeper in the living room.

The Beach access is down the street about 4 tenths of a mile to a low bank access.

The 7th night is free and there is a $75.00 on time cleaning fee and a $ 100.00 damage deposit.

Rates

Low Season Price : $160
High Season Price : $230 per Week

Summer ........... 230.00 per night with the 7th night free

Winter ............ 160.00 per night with the 7th night free.

75.00 one time cleaning fee.

$100.00 damage deposit
(refunded when the home is left damage free)

( 10 1/2 % room tax is not added in the nightly rent.

Winter rates are from October 1st to Memorial weekend.

Summer rates are Memorial weekend to October 1st and all major holidays.
