Low Season Price : $2000
High Season Price : $2400 per Week


A $300 deposit by credit card is due to hold any dates.
Cancellations made 60 days prior to check-in date receive a full refund less a $125 processing fee
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in receive a refund for any days I am able to re-book at the same rate.
