Ideal for Couples/Families. The Cottage faces the Beach with an outstanding beach and ocean view. Located within Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor. Enjoy the view from the front wraparound deck @ Hot Tub or from the outside Bistro Table. Have your morning coffee at the Bistro Table on the deck and watch the Quail search for their breakfast. The front of the cottage is encompassed of windows which look out on the amazing view of the beach & ocean. The living room has a large sectional that can seat 5, and includes 2 recliners and a love seat.
We send complimentary Information Packages to guests not familuar with the area to help make your time away more enjoyable.Large entertainment center with Fiberoptic cable. TV, DVD/VHS player and Sony Stereo, as well as DVD and VHS movies. TV's in living room, dining area and both bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a VHS player as well. Various Games and Puzzles available with a puzzle board.
There is an inside Bistro table which seats 4 in the dining area, as well as a full size dining table in front of the view windows which seats 4. With our FULLY equipped kitchen & propane BBQ, you don't have to eat out every night unless you want the change of pace from being at home. We have most every appliance and cooking utensil available, and we have had guests prepare a complete Thanksgiving Dinner @ our Cottage. Microwave and Dishwasher. Complimentary coffee beans in the freezer and coffee mill in pantry. Complimentary microwave popcorn in pantry. We attempt to keep staples and a few canned goods stocked for our guests' convenience.
Large Master bedroom with King bed and second bedroom with Queen Bed. Shower in the Master Bath and tub/shower in second bath. There are large bath sheets/towels available for Hot Tub use and loaner sandals as well.
Washer and dryer/laundry area. Minimart, Restaurant with Lounge within walking distance from Cottage.
OUR COTTAGE IS SMOKE-FREE! Unfortunately, due to previous negative experiences with pets, we can no longer accept pets in our Cottage. In order to provide a clean, comfortable cottage for our guests, this has become necessary.
Recently painted inside & out, new carpet and vinyl flooring in most rooms.
There is a Welcome binder with a variety of information for our guests' use. Please feel free to leave your comments on the pages provided.
