share, no checking in hassle.
Buyer must be a least 21 years of age and 2 forms of ID.

All new spacious and quiet. Just approx 4 miles from the to Las
Vegas strip, 2 mile walk to The New Orleans. Close to the world
famous Fashion Show Mall, the Forum Shops and all the glitz and
glamour of Las Vegas night life. It provides everything for the
family getaway or business convention. This condo has a large living
room area equipped with local cable, 65 inch TV & dvd, new oversize
sofas, dining area, selected granite counter tops (kitchen) and
whirlpool appliances. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds with
luxurious covers. Master bedroom with one king bed . Master
bedroom provides own private bathroom and T.V. with DVD player.
Plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. No pets allowed, No
smoking allowed at anytime in this unit.

High Season Price : $1500 per Week


We accept credit cards.
Deposit is $450.00 for one week
Deposit for two to four weeks $600.00

Deposit is fully refundable after inpection of the unit within 5 working days.
All cancellations must be made within 30 days for full refund.
Cancellations less than 30-15 day can either book antoher time or receive 75% back
Cancellations less than 15-7 days can either book for another time or receive 50% back
Cancellation less than 7-4 days can either book for antoher time or receive 25% back
Cancellation less than 4-2 days will loose $100.00 or have the option to rebook
Cancellations less than 2 days will loose deposit.
