Our spacious 3-bedroom vacation condo is located in the popular Incline Village community of Lake Tahoe, California, within walking distance of the Diamond Peak ski resort. During the day, hike the spectacular Tahoe Rim Trail, go boating on the lake or golf at local world-class PGA courses. At night, Lake Tahoe comes alive with entertainment, casinos and top-rated restaurants with diverse cuisines from African to Scandinavian. Our vacation condo is just 25 minutes to Reno and within easy driving distance of the annual Tahoe Film Festival and Hot August Nights. You couldn’t ask for a better location!

Rentals for major holidays are not refundable under any circumstances.

All cancelled non-holiday reservations incur a $50 fee. Non-holiday cancellation less than sixty (60) days before arrival date incurs a charge of 50% of total rental; less than thirty (30) days before arrival date will result in no refund.

No refunds or credits are made for early departure. No refunds for airline cancellations, inclement weather, highway closures, natural disasters, or illness. Protect yourself with trip insurance.
