Kick back at this peaceful, spacious lake home with knockout views!! From the extensive decking, soak in a 150 degree Western exposure view of sunsets, and enjoy sun on your face until 8 p.m! Park your boat in the covered dock slip, or use it to bass fish in the very deep protected crystal clear water surrounding the dock.
Accomodations for 10 include one Queen bed in one room, 2 rooms with twin beds, a room with a double/ twin combo bunk bed, and a Queen futon plus a trundle daybed in the downstairs main room. The upstairs bath is ¾ (with a shower) the downstairs bath is full with a washer and dryer. Kitchen work is sped by a dishwasher and disposal. This home is set up for year-round rental, with full insulation electric baseboards, and a propane stove in the daylight basement. It is on a well which provides drinkable water from the tap. Come leave the world behind.

Rates:
General rates- $2400.00 per week
$350.00 a night with a 3 night minimum
$300.00 for Ironman

Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid by money order or cashiers check only within 72 hours of booking. $350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 20 day’s following your last night’s stay. $150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning inspection and garbage removal.

Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the booking if you choose to cancel. All rents are non-refundable 30 day’s prior to stay & 90 day’s prior to special events or holidays.
