Around the cabin, shady pine trees abound and offer much in the way of hiking and peace. There is a grassy area and private dock allowing relaxation. This home is about 100 yards to the private dock, water access for your enjoyment. The interior of the home consists of three bedrooms and two baths enough to sleep six comfortably. High Season Price : $1600 per Week

Rates:
General rates- $1600.00 per week
Ironman rates- $2500.00 per week

Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid by money order or cashiers check only within 72 hours of booking. $350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 20 day’s following your last night’s stay. $150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning inspection and garbage removal.

Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the booking if you choose to cancel. All rents are non-refundable 30 day’s prior to stay & 90 day’s prior to special events or holidays.
