Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid by money order of cashiers check only within 72 hours of booking. $350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 20 days following your last nights stay. $150.00 of the deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning inspection and garbage removal.

Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable form the booking if you choose to cancel. All rents are non-refundable 30 days prior to stay & 90 days prior to special events or holidays.
