We offer our privately owned condo at affordable prices. Our top
floor view unit is centrally located in Kihei near dinning,
shopping, and beaches. Maui Sunset offers the traditional charm and grace of
old Hawaii. The gardens are immaculately maintained and include a 60
foot tile pool, hot tub, activities desk, tennis and shuffleboard
courts, putting green, lawn games and the most beautiful sunset
views. Weight/work-out room and sauna are located in the building.
The living areas are large and will accommodate 5. We provide free
highspeed wireless Broadband Internet service, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, AM
FM CD-Stereo, Microwave, Range-Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher,
Disposal, Washer-dryer, and free local calls. The kitchen is fully
equipped, and linens for 5 are included. Start up supply of paper towels,
toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap will
be provided. Hair dryer, curling iron, iron with ironing board, beach towels,
ice cooler, and beach chairs are also available for your use. The unit will be clean
upon your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure.
Additional maid services can be arranged if you so desire. The unit
is air conditioned, but you may only need to use the ceiling fans,
since the fresh breezes of the tradewinds provide natural cooling.
For a park-like Hawaiian setting on the beach, and the best vacation
you will ever experience, come to the Maui Sunset and stay in our
condominium.

Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $110 High Season Price : $140 per Day		View Availability Calendar

Check in after 3:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. Rates are based on 1 to 4-person occupancy. An 11.42% state hotel tax will be applied to the rates. For stays of less than 7 nights there is a $85 cleaning fee. We require a $250 US deposit or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to book the unit. The unit will be reserved for you when we get the deposit. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 46 days prior to scheduled arrival. A 50% refund if canceled 30-45 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date or, on cancellations less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival dates for reservations between December 15th & April 15th. We accept Pay Pal or check.
