Beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bath vacation condo in "Sunny Kihei". Within a very short walk to some of the best beaches, water & land sports, restaurants, shopping, mini-marts, deli's and gift shops.

This is a nicely decorated unit with a king bed (or converts to 2 twins) in the bedroom and a queen convertible sofa in the living room. Condo sleeps 2 to 4 people. Ocean view from the lanai of Kama'ole 1 beach, which is a very short walk from the condo (1/2 block).

This condo has many amenities which include air-conditioning/ ceiling fans, Cable TV-DVD-CD, answer machine, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and linens provided. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/icemaker, coffee maker, blender. Also included are sand chairs, beach bags, sun umbrellas, beach mats, beach towels and ice chest. The Ali'i Kai complex has an elevator, trash shoot, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa and sauna. Championship golf courses are within a short drive.

Reservation Info:

Deposit of two hundred dollars USD ($200) required to secure reservation and must be received within 10 days of request to avoid automatic cancellation.

All rates subject to tax.

Full pre-payment due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Full payment for reservations from December 15th to January 1st due October 15th.

Check-out cleaning included after 7 nights stay.

Check-in time 2:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted.
Cancellation Policy:

For a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $50, cancellation is required 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 45 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
