Main Description
Tiled floors and high ceiling make this nice beach home espeically appealing. Both bedrooms and the living area face the ocean. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living and dining room. A/C in each bedroom.

A tiled patio on the ocean side has dining and chaise lounges for the guests. Beach chairs are proivided for taking to any of the wonderful Maui beaches. Hawaii is so special as all the beaches are public and fun to explore.

The home has Maui guide books to give you all the informaiton needed for hiking, dining, biking, golf, tennis and more. You can rent kyaks and snorkel dircectly in front of the home. Lots of sea turtles and fish to view.

There is a king size bed in each bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room.

Wailele is situated diectly on the ocean on the south shore of the island of Maui. Two bedrooms and three baths. this home will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

The kitchen is very complete with all the small and major appliances.

Gas BBQ, Tiki torches, gated driveway, beach towels.

Rates

Low Season Price : $4200
High Season Price : $7000 per Week

$600 night for 4 guest and $50 for each additional
$1000 night for 4 guest and $50 for each additional between 12/18 and 1/4.
11.42% tax
$325 cleaning fee
$1000 damage deposit which is refunded as long as no excessive cleaning or damage

Payments: $2000 at time of confirmation and the balance 90 days prior to arrival. Checks, cashier's check and money orders accepted

Cancellation: $500 cancel fee once funds on account until 91 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancelled in the last 90 days unless the proeprty is re-rented, then a $500 cancelfee
