Main Description
Located in the prestigious Pu'u Po'a complex on a bluff overlooking the ocean in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai, our unit is on the top floor at the end of the first building. We have high ceilings and a huge dining room window , which looks out to the ocean. Our unit is 1,500 sq ft of living area with two 300 sg ft lanais. There are two bedrooms and two baths. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. The main bathroom is equiped with a double head shower and a Japanese soaking tub. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area and the kitchen is fully equiped with all new appliances and granite counter tops. There is a gas grill on the private lanai.

The heated swimming pool overlooks the ocean and there is also a tennis court on the property. The grounds are professionally maintained with tropical flowers and greenery and there is an on site property manager.

Our unit is located on a bluff overlooking the ocean and is a short walk from the famous Princeville Resort with world class restaurants and Spa. Two championship golf courses within 10 mins from the complex and within fifteen minutes is Hanalei Bay with excellent surf for beginner surfer dudes. Snorkeling amongst the coral at the beach located right below the complex is some of the best on the island. But, nothing beats a quiet evening at home watching the sunset and sipping wine, while your fresh fish grills on our new gas barbecue. Then, allow the sounds of the mighty Pacific lull you to sleep while you dream of tomorrow's adventures
