A deposite of $1000 is due within 7 days of booking to hold the reservation. Full payment including tax of 11.416% and $500 damage/excess cleaning deposit is due 60 days prior to occupancy. In case of cancellation, full refund is given as long as cancellation notice is received at least 60 days in advance of your first day of occupancy. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the first day of occupancy, there will be a $250 cancellation charge and refund will be made according to my ability to rebook the unit. I will deduct reasonable expenses such as credit card fees and rental agent commissions.
