2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo. What makes this condo so exquisite is that it is on the ground floor, without a confining balcony railing, separating you from the view. For years we rented upper floor condos but the lanais were so cramped, there was no room to “spread out” and be comfortable. Our lanai opens to a huge, manicured lawn and the ocean, just 22 steps away. Relax on the comfortable lounge chairs or dine on the outdoor dining furniture. Both the master suite and the living room face the ocean with sliding glass doors to the lanai. Lauloa is the only condo in Maalaea that offers a double wall of glass and, therefore, twice the ocean view. Enjoy snorkeling, fishing and swimming right outside your lanai door. We are located at the end of the building, away from the pool, where it is absolutely quiet and there is no road noise because we are on a dead-end street.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card and require a $500.00 US deposit with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
