Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State GET and 7.25% Hawaii TAT.
Check-out cleaning fee included in the nightly rate!
Deposit Policy:
Credit card guarantee is due within ten (10) days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. Full prepayment of the reservation is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival and sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Christmas.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notification must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations within the thirty (30) days are subject to full forfeiture. If the unit can be re-rented for the same dates of stay, prepayments will be refunded to the extent that we are able to re-rent the unit.
