Beautiful house on the beach in South Kona, Big Island of Hawai'i
Located in Kona Paradise, this beach is little known and almost private.
Come and swim, snorkel, kayak or hike just a few steps off the lanai.
Relax to the sound of tumbling pebbles. In late winter/early spring
be thrilled by the sight and sound of whales just off shore.

Fantastic snorkeling and scuba diving. Kayak to beautiful lava caves
or hike to a lava tube pool. The King's Trail goes right past the garden
and will take you to recent (50 years old) lava flows or to an old heiau.

Well stocked kitchen, barbecue & outdoor gas range
Kayaks & Boogie boards for use of guests
25 miles to Kailua-Kona or 70 to the Volcanoes National Park
Close to surfing and places of historical interest

House Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $1700
High Season Price : $2200 per Week


Rates for 4 persons. $100/person/week for more than 4 people, 6 people maximum.

Cleaning charge of $175
For stays longer than a week, cleaning can be arranged with our house keeper. If you opt not to hire additional house keeping, please take your trash to the local transfer station 2 miles north towards Kona.

Security Deposit of $300

Hawaiian Excise and Transient Accomodation taxes totaling 11.41% are added to all
charges. Unused portion of security deposit will have its tax refunded.

50% of your fee is required to secure your stay. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. For cancellation within the 60 days prior to your reservation date refunds are subject to our ability to rebook your time.
All details such as location of keys will be provided by email after paid in full.
