Located in a quiet, coastal community, Hawaiian Paradise Park, on one of the loveliest bays in East Hawaii where you can walk for miles and see nothing but pristine coastline and lush forest.

This quiet and serene property has everything including a length of the house oceanfront lanai. Furnished island style with rattan and wicker, slate tile floors, ceiling fans, color satellite TV, CD stereo and washer/dryer. Designed to meet all your vacation needs. Perfect for large or multiple families up to 9 people with the Sunrise Guesthouse. The Dolphin Bay Home sleeps up to 7 people in 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 twin in 3 bedrooms. The Sunrise Cottage sleeps 1-3 in 1 double bed and 1 twin. They can be rented separately or together depending on the number of travelers and your vacation needs!
This is a great spot to see all that the East side of the Big Island has to offer. You are a short drive to Volcano National Park, Kapoho tide pools, Kehena Black Sand Beach, Lava Tree State Park, Waipio Valley, olympic size swimming pool in nearby Pahoa, the quaint town of Pahoa with farmer's markets, and exploring Hilo. It's great to come back to an ocean front house after a day of exploring!

High Season Price : $160 per Day

ALOHA HOUSE RATES:
Sunrise Cottage $99/nt, $675/wk Max 3 guests

Dolphin Bay Home from $140/night for 1-2 guests, $15/nt each add guest, max 7 person, additional 11.416% HI state tax, refundable $300 security deposit, small non-refundable cleaning fees, 2 night minimum stay.

We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks or Paypal. 50% of total due to reserve, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

If a cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the total paid will be returned to the guests. No refund after 45 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation did occur for emergency reasons, we would immediately attempt to rebook accommodations for the same time frame. If a new reservation can be secured, then 90% of the total paid would be refunded to the guests with a 10% cancellation charge. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible
