The Palm Villas at Mauna Lani's town home condominiums are reminiscent of historic Hawaiian plantation architecture, with interiors tastefully furnished in contemporary island style. An open and airy feeling is created by a nine-foot vaulted ceiling. A covered lanai adjoins the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom and bath feature a walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub and separate shower. The kitchen is accented with sleek granite countertops and black GE appliances. Deposit Policy:
Credit card guarantee is due within ten (10) days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. Full prepayment of the reservation is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival and sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Christmas.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notification must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations within the thirty (30) days are subject to full forfeiture. If the unit can be re-rented for the same dates of stay, prepayments will be refunded to the extent that we are able to re-rent the unit.
