A large country kitchen well equipped with all the trimmings to match this comfortable home for those nights you choose to eat in.
Two bedrooms and one bath on the main level, a queen in one and twins in the other. The upper level of the house hosts a master suite with a queens size bed and bathroom. This level also has an internet station with wireless DSL services for those who have to stay in touch with the outside world. On the ground level a warm cozy family room with a gas fireplace, TV, VCR/DVD this room can also serves as an extra sleeping space with the 3rd bathroom on this level.
A spacious deck, boasting panoramic views of the valley and the San Juan Mountains, offers outdoor dining during those warm summer evenings or a peaceful place to savor a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up over the mountains. All this and not to mention your neighbors, a friendly herd of Mule deer that stop by every night.

Policies and Procedures for Vacation Rentals

Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is requested.
Final balance is due 30 Days prior to arrival.

Cancelations:
Cancelations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 15% service charge
Cancelations with in 60 days will forfeit all deposits.

Damage Deposits:
A $200 refundable damage deposit is required to be paid with final rent payment .
