The guesthouse has a large deck with BBQ grill. Hot tub on side of property. Overlooking Chipeta Lake, fishing is just a step away, private lake, no licenses required. Rainbow trout to catch and bring back to grill. Large collection of movies, DVD's and Walt Disney videos, games for family time together. Large windows to view the whole mountain pass. We are at 7500 ft. elevation.

High Season Price : $885 per Week

Rates vary by season and start at $ 125.00 (double occupancy)Weekly rates 6 nights/7 dayus starting at $ 885.00 for 4 persons. Additional guests $ 20.00 each. Sales tax added to all room rates. All reservations require a credit card guarantee and payment in full at check-in. At certain times of the year, rooms must be paid in full upon reservation and may be non-refundable. Two-night minimum may be required. Reservations cancelled without a replacement booking will be charged for the full reservation amount. Check-in is between 3:00-6:00pm, please arrange in advance if you need early or late check-in. Check-out is 11:00AM. Cash or checks gladly accepted. Visa, Master Card honored. Gift Certificates are available. No pets or no smoking inside guesthouse. Wireless internet in available.
