The home is 3800 sq.ft. log home with a oversized 2 car garage. It is situated on 2 acres withing the Fairways at Pole Creek, the #1 golf course in the Colorado mountains. Entertain yourself with 27 holes in the most beautiful setting you will ever play....Other activities on or near the property include: Fly Fishing, Biking, Hiking, Swimming, Ropes Course, 3 lakes for all boating, strolling needs, Town and Resort of Winter Park are minutes away.
The home was made by Grand Lake Log Homes and boasts a full deck on the view side of the house. The first floor provides a full living area with a two sided fireplace shared with the dining room which is set to seat 12. A gourmet kitchen is part of the open floor plan. The gas grill is just outside of the glass doors. A first floor master (queen)has a private bath and entry, should you need handicap accessibility. The attached garage enters into a mud room. The second floor has two sides connected by a bridge. One side is a master suite (king) with private bath, deck and fireplace. The other side has a full family room with internet access, dvd and 63"flat screen. The second two bedrooms are directly accessed through this room as well as a full shared bath. One room is set up with 2 queen beds and the other has a double and twin over bunk. A queen hide-a bed and loft area sleep even more. Full laundry facility, all cookware including a capacchino machine, dishes, and linens are included. Perfect for family get togethers, small corporate retreats, reunions....call for rate....

House Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $500
High Season Price : $850 per Week


We require $500 to hold the property. Balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Preferred Payment is by check. Credit card payment taken for an additional 8%
A security deposit based on the # of guests (seperate check is required). This check is held and only deposited with notice of damage, or returned within 3 days of departure.

CANCELLATION; The deposit is retained if notice is received less then 30 days prior to check-in.If we can get the property re-rented then you loose nothing. Cancellations under 14 days prior to arrival forfeit all days not re-rented and 50% of the original cost.
