During the winter months the golf course is the Steamboat Touring Center. This duplex is back to back rather than side to side, so the home has 2 driveways. *This comfortable home is approx. 1100 sf. To accommodate 2 guests....this home is available for rent as a 1 bedroom 1 bath.... or for two couples or a small family... 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are available. Prices for size and seasons are listed below. This home is not shared, unused bedrooms are locked off. The bedding includes a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and a full size sofa sleeper in the great room. The home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer and a shared outdoor hot tub.....what else would you need???. Oh, the living area is super comfortable with a Room and Board sectional, 32" LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet access is provided. The home is sunny and bright with southern exposure. Low Season Price : $600
High Season Price : $2250 per Week


Deposit Policy
One nights lodging or $500.00. Deposit is due within 7 days of booking date via credit card. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If any of the deposits or payments are not received by the due dates, this reservation will be considered canceled under the terms and conditions stated.
Cancellation Policy
Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrival or early departures. All cancellations must be in writing and have been issued a cancellation number.
Payment Policy
In the event a cancellation becomes necessary 30 days or more prior to arrival (60 days Holiday Season) a fee or two nights lodging will be charged. IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELED LESS THAN 30 DAYS (60 Holiday Season) ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE FORFEITED.
