Spacious (1,383 sq. ft.) top-floor, two-level condo located in the Evergreen Lodge between the Vail Valley Medical Center and the Dobson Ice Arena and near the library. The free In-town bus route has a stop by the Library/Ice Arena. The condo is a short walk to the Gondola and Chair 8 in Lionshead.

The Evergreen Lodge has a restaurant and a sports bar. There are no-charge PC's in the lobby and wireless internet access in lobby and the condo. There is complimentary ski storage in the bell captain's room in the lobby.

The Evergreen has a heated outdoor pool, a sauna, and a large indoor hot tub with a view to the mountain.

The condo has a mountain view from the kitchen and master bed room.
There is a reserved parking spot in the underground garage.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and three full baths.

There is a gas fireplace, a flat-screen tv in the living area, and tv's in each of the two bedrooms. There is also a DVD player, a VCR, and a stereo in the living room.

Sleeping is for 6. BR #1 has a king-size bed. BR #2 has twin beds. The living room has a fold down futon with a very good quality, queen-size mattress.

There is a key to a coin-operated washer and dryer located on the floor.

The condo cleaning cost is included in the price.

We do have a No Smoking and No Pets policy.

Rates

Low Season Price : $225
High Season Price : $625 per Week


Payment is by personal check or wire transfer.

A deposit of two nights rent is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Colorado sales tax of 9.8% will be charged.

Cancellation policy -- If the unit is re-rented, all funds are returned. if the unit is not re-rented, the deposit of two nights rent is retained and all other funds are returned.
