Constructed in February 2006 and furnished with all top of the line amenities such as granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors. The living room includes a stone fireplace. The Den is equipped with cable, TV, CD player, DVD player, and Free wireless high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary features. A Washer and Dryer is located in the unit. There is a bar with seating for three and the dining room provides seating for six. The free city ski shuttle can take you to Steamboat Ski Resort. The Sundance complex is located about 3/4 of a mile to the gondola, and just over 1 mile to downtown Steamboat.

The master bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, very nice linens, a private bathroom, and walk in closet, complete enough for the most distinguished guest. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV. The second bedroom features a twin daybed that includes a pop up trundle (a 2nd twin bed) underneath. The twins may be used 1 high, 1 lower; or the 2nd twin may be popped up and used side by side as a King size bed. Great for a 2nd couple or 2 kids. The second bathroom is located across the hall from bedroom 2.
