Incredible local Panoramic Views of Marin Open space, end of San Francisco Bay, out to the Napa Valley Mountains are enjoyed throughout.
The location, Marin County (located between Wine Country & San Francisco) boasts many of the most visited parks in California, including Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Muir Woods and Point Reyes National Seashore! Experience San Francisco via the Golden Gate in just 15minutes, the Napa Valley in just 30minutes, Marin in seconds!
The Great Room features a high-hung brass chandelier, beautiful moss blue granite fireplace and ample seating that takes on the views and adjoins to both the formal area and gourmet kitchen, all which open to large decks, patio seating & main areas of the home.
The Gourmet Kitchen features fantastic open feeling & plenty of granite counter space! Ad the luxury of a 28 bottle Wine Cooler, large Gas Range, and a huge 48” built-in Monogram refrigerator and your ready to entertain! Additionally, a Weber grill is easily accessible right outside the kitchen, where additional patio seating, waterfall feature, and private lawn area make the gathering scene complete! All set up for large groups!
The Formal Dining area is easily attainable from the open style, gourmet Kitchen. Seating 10-12 comfortably, with extra table and seating around, this room is very enjoyable and takes in the views and open main spaces as well.
An extra bonus space, the “Loft”, features views over great room & gourmet kitchen, also featuring great views and plenty of seating. Area maps, lots of games, books, movies, & CD/Stereo player, along with a large T.V. is also provided.

The Marin Vacation Home is located in a area of 1+acre estates that allow agriculture activity with easy accessibility to the bay area and Marin towns.
