There is over 1/2 acre of lush landscaping comprising a pool and outdoor gazebo complete with a pizza oven and stereo sound system throughout the garden. Exquisitely furnished, hardwood floors throughout and boasting a view of the ocean from the master bedroom.

This home rents for $8,000 a week, $10,000 a week for summer months (June through August) and Holidays.

Low Season Price : $8000
High Season Price : $10000 per Week


The price for this home is $8,000 a week and $24,000 a month from September 1 through May 31st. (Holidays not included)
$10,000 a week and $32,000 a month from June 1st through August 31st (This is also the price for Holidays)

I require 1/2 deposit at the time of booking complete with a signed contract. The second half is due 1 to 2 months before your stay. An extra refundable deposit is also required at the time of booking.
