Deposits: Since we know accommodations can be costly in San Diego, we will waive the Security Deposit under the condition that you leave Seaview Villa in the same impeccable setting that you find it in! We just ask that in the unlikely event of repairs or damages that you replace at fair value.
Other Fees: ALL CLEANING FEES, TAXES, AND OTHER MISC. FEES ARE INCLUDED IN RATE

Cancellations are not observed during the summer months.
