Townhouse Rental Rates Low Season Price : $1350 High Season Price : $1700 per Week

10/01 to 05/31 $1350 Per Week 4 Weeks $3000 + $100 Cleaning Fee + $35.00 Registration Fee 06/01 to 09/30 $1700 Per Week 4 Weeks $5800 + $100 Cleaning Fee + $35.00 Registration Fee Summer season begins June through September. Our unit is available for longer rentals in off season. A deposit is required to reserve the unit. Balance due 60 days before occupancy. 10% City Tax for rentals less than a month. Minimum rental is 7 nights (If available additional days at a per diem rate.) A Security deposit of $500.00 required for two weeks or less. A security deposit of $1000.00 is required for tenancies of more than two weeks. Our unit is smoke free. No pets allowed. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
