Our beach condo has views to the Pacific Ocean and Marina Boat Harbor from our patio and master bedroom. One bedroom, one bath/shower combination along with 2 futon couches that pull out into full size beds in the family room. Our beach condo can easily sleep 1 to 5 guests.
The kitchen is fully equpped with all the major appliances to cook all your meals.
The family room has a fireplace, entertainment center with cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo with Ipod player, local phone service, wireless internet for your laptop computer. There are plenty of board games to enjoy around the dining table.
The Master bedroom has a new Simmons bed with Memory foam. There is also a wall cable TV with DVD player so you can watch your favorite movies in bed while the kids play games or watch movies in the family room.
We provide beach chairs, towels, sand buckets and boogey boards for the kids. Bring a book to read and you are steps from the beach or our private pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. There is 24/7 security patrol on our premise with secure underground parking for your car.
At North Coast Village you and your family will feel safe in a privately gated community. Walk around 12 acres of tropical gardens, feed Japanese Koi fish in our ponds, with resort swimming pools and jacuzzi, a work out excercise center and saunas, ping pong table with 2 billiard tables, foesball, and family activity room. Everything is here for your enjoyment.

Our beach condo is a short walk out the North Coast gate to beautiful clean beaches with life guard towers, Oceanside pier for fishing or use our fishing pole and try some surf fishing. Sand volleyball, windsurfing, jet ski, kayaking, paddle boats, sailing and biking all available to rent at the harbor. Cape Code shops to bring home a souvenier or dine in one of the many restaurants at the harbor. There is whale excursions and half or full day fishing available. Try a surf lesson and bring home pictures for all your friends to see you challenging world class surf at our Oceanside beach.
