Our complex is on the beach at Oceanside. It is a great beach to swim, boogie board, sunbathe on. Fishing and boating is just a short walk to the harbor. In the other direction is the board walk with biking and skating, volleyball and then the pier with a fun restaurant on it. Fishing, Volleyball. Very Southern California. A place to bring the whole family.

Our three bedroom condo is ready for you to come in and live. We supply kitchen utensils, towels, linens, boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrella. Even sand toys! Balcony with a view to the Pacific Ocean. Walk out our west gate and you are on the beach! We are located in between Los Angeles and San Diego - close enough to both with out being in the crowds.
Our complex has two large heated pools, two hot tubs, a game room, beautiful landscaping with waterfalls and koi pond & a mini gym. It is gated with 24 hour security & reserved underground parking. There are laundry facilities in the building. The habor village and the pier are short walk.

Condominium Rental Rates Low Season Price : $1200 High Season Price : $2800 per Week

Fall through Spring Rates are $1200 - $1800 a week, and we will pro-rate partial weeks. Tax 10% Cleaning $150 Summer Rates - $2800 a week, Saturday to Saturday only. Tax 10% Cleaning $150 $200 deposit reserves your dates. Final payment due 45 days prior to check-in. Visa and Master card accepted. No tax for rentals over 30 days.
