DESCRIPTION: Four bedroom, three bath condo on two levels near Mission Bay Park right on San Diego Bay and a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean Beaches. The condo consists of a living room/dining room combination, bath and bedroom on the first level and master bedroom, two baths, two bedrooms on second level. The front of the condo is all glass both levels and overlooks San Diego Bay. The condo is fully furnished with all dishes, cooking utensils, linens, towels etc.
On the first level the living room-dining room combination has a fantastic view of the bay; the full kitchen is open with lots of counter space and storage; a full bath is private to the bedroom. On the second level are a master bedroom with magnificent view of the bay, two bedrooms and the second and third full baths. The bedroom #1 (master) has a king-size bed. Bedroom #2 has bunk beds (double and twin). Bedroom #3 has a queen. Bedroom #4 (first level) has two twin beds and a desk with high speed and wireless internet connection.
The house is fully furnished: bed and bath linens, a fully equipped kitchen with an under the cabinet microwave oven, electric range, electric cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal etc., all cooking and dining utensils. There is a 27 inch color TV, a VCR, a DVD, and a radio tuner. There is a washer and a dryer in the building.
Parking is a single car port with additional overnight public parking 3 minute walk away. A coin operated laundry facility is in the building.
