This is a charming ground floor one-bedroom with a brand new bed, a
brand new down comforter, bed linens and a ceiling fan; a
kitchenette with a granite countertop, fridge, micro, brand new gas
stove, coffemaker, dishes/service for 4, etc.. The living
room is furnished with hardwood floors, a new custom crafted
entertainment center with a 27" flat-screen TV, a couch,
coffee table and a ceiling fan. A large window (4'x5')opens to let
you feel as though the outside and in blend.
The bath is newly tiled with new fixtures. The patio has a table
with a sun umbrella and four chairs and a gas grill - all
beautifully surrounded by lush flowers and palms.

Off-season Saturday to Saturday weeks are only $650.00!!! For other
schedules add $50/wk.
Typically all weekly rentals are Saturday - Saturday.
October 2007 through April 2008 is available at only $650/week,
(except Holiday weeks at $750/wk.), or $1600 + utils. for
four consecutive Saturday to Saturday weeks or $1700 + utils. for a
calender month.
Daily off-season rates are $125/night with a
three night minimum, $120/night with a 4 day minimum, (From October
through April only)
May is $750/week. June is $850/week.
July and August, (high season), are $1000/week, except for the 4th
of July week which is $1250.
September will be $850/week.
Sorry, no daily rentals will be made during the high season.
PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY!
All rentals must add the City of San Diego roomtax of 10.5%.
SORRY IT SLEEPS ONLY 2! A third person, (a child will fit), would be
an additional $20/day during the off-season and $25/day in-season.
