Ocean views from every room with two balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The quiet corner location of this condominium gives it a very light and open feeling. The ultimate place to relax and enjoy sunsets, sailboats and dolphins at play. Our condo is located in North Coast Village, a condo complex that is built along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, vollyball, and even firepits for barbequing. Inside North Coast Village you can enjoy lush tropical landscaping with wandering stream, waterfalls and ponds filled with Japanese Koi. There are two pools, two jacuzzis, a putting green, an exercise room, saunas, recreation room with pool, ping pong and fooseball tables. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security. It is only a ten minute walk to a beautiful harbor with many fine restaurants and unique shops. From here you can rent boats or take a fishing charter. It is only a 15 minute walk to a great pier and downtown area with more restaurants and a 16 screen movie theatre.
