This is a very comfortable condominium with a home theater, gourmet kitchen, and other luxury touches, but the real value here is the LOCATION - this is a listing for surfers and other people who LOVE the BEACH. Other nearby listings say that you can drive to the beach in a few minutes but they do not mention that it is often hard to find parking near a nice beach on a good beach day.??

This condominium is just half of a block from the very center of legendary Windansea Beach. Windansea is one of the nicest beaches in California, and has the most consistent surf break in California , picking up swells from almost any direction. The body-surfing at Windansea is also great, and there are several sheltered sections good for kids and people who are not familiar with ocean waves. There are three other surf breaks in easy walking distance and about 25 total breaks in the La Jolla area.??

The condominium is located a half mile from La Jolla Village. There are several restaurants and convenience stores, boutiques, fitness centers, yoga and Pilates centers, and spas in immediate walking distance, and dozens more in the village, including many fine-dining establishments. La Jolla is about 12 miles North of downtown San Diego.

??The condo is luxuriously outfitted with such niceties as a $4000 Duxiana bed in the Master Bedroom, a real pressure-type espresso maker, a Jenn-Air gas range with convection oven, full-size Maytag Neptune washer and dryer, a 50-plasma TV and home theater with Blu-ray disk player, and a cable modem. The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking ingredients, spices oils, etc. There is professsional quality cookware and utensils. There is lots of closets space in both bedrooms.??There is a parking space, an outdoor shower, and a long balcony with barbecue grill and a peek of an ocean view. Completely stocked with quality linens etc. Access by stairs or elevator. Only 12 units in this security building. Smoking is permitted on balcony ONLY. Computer availible on request.?

Full payment and 1000 USD deposit required immediately upon booking. Cancellation incurs 500 USD fee. Cancellation with less than 30 days notice incurs loss of payment or partial loss of payment depending on whether I am able to re-book the dates cancelled and whether I must re-book at a discounted rate.

Holiday Rates may be higher.
San Diego City Tax is 10.5% Normal cleaning is included in rate.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

One week minimum.

High Season is May 23 Sept 5 to (Summer) and Nov thru March (Surf Season).

Low Season is all other dates.
