Master BR with a king size bed has a balcony overlooking the lake and fountain, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and pull out trundle, 3rd bedroom with queen bed. Full size pull out sofa bed in family room.

50% deposit due at time of booking.
Balance due 10 days prior to arrival plus $100 cleaning fee and $1000 REFUNDABLE security deposit.
